Last day of dog & house-sitting in Bangalow - am excited to get home.
Have been cleaning up this morning; dogs seriously depressed. Not too sure why. Perhaps cleaning and packing is associated with bad experiences in dog-world. Such as owner departing?
Yet they are far from arriving at the conclusion that ME packing might mean owner returning... Am fascinated by what might be going on in their minds. It is clear that they have thoughts and feelings - there is no doubt they are sad today. Then again... maybe they are trying to milk a treat..?
Today is Anzac Day in Australia. This is a public holiday. I will write about this in more detail next year.
